Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Permanents desk in Belfast and we would love to hear from anyone who feels they can help us to further develop our business via a strong sales ability.

The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent basic salary, potential to secure On-Target Earnings on a monthly basis, pension, up to 35 paid holidays per annum, bespoke classroom-based training, coaching from experienced Consultants, and a city centre location.

The Permanents Consultant will be highly-driven, self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative, an accomplished sales person who can complete sales on a face-to-face basis as well as via telesales, have good IT literacy, have a full driving licence, have excellent people management skills, benefit from an extremely strong work ethic, have excellent negotiation abilities, and possess very strong English language and grammar skills.

The salary is negotiable, particularly for those candidates who come from a sector-specific recruitment background. Bonus is uncapped at Brook Street, it`s paid monthly, and our targets are very achievable. The successful candidate will also benefit from a pension scheme, up to 35 days` holiday, a sharesave scheme, a healthcare scheme, and excellent training.
