Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage an existing desk and to build upon that through sales activities.
The recruitment industry is extremely busy and very demanding so, as a Recruitment Consultant in Brook Street (UK) Ltd`s Belfast branch, the successful candidate will love an extremely busy role, will thrive on tight deadlines, will multi-task effortlessly, and will get great satisfaction from meeting our clients' needs.

Duties in this role will include visiting clients, conducting sales calls, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing Brook Street`s Temporary Employees, inputting payroll information, liaising with our clients` Managers and HR staff, writing job descriptions, creating and posting vacancy advertisements online, sifting CVs, interviewing and registering candidates, referencing our candidates, and providing all candidates with pre-interview advice before they attend interviews with our clients.
Recruitment Consultants must have a flair for face-to-face sales with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on interpersonal skills. Although not essential it would be highly desirable for candidates to possess experience in the recruitment industry. As our clients are based throughout Northern Ireland, all candidates must possess a full driving licence.
