Our client manages a highly successful account and is looking to develop the existing team. They offer a great starting salary and benefits package with an uncapped commission structure, which is a bonus linked to every placement.
Would you like to be in a Recruitment role where you do not have to canvass for jobs and only resource for candidates, however you will bring with you a 360 degree working knowledge of the sales cycle and recruitment, which will help you to be trained for this exciting and financially rewarding opportunity
You will be a team player, self motivated to achieve and work with the team to deliver the best results possible. You will be an organised and effective communicator and be social media savvy as you will be required to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage communication via email and source candidates through linkedin and other relevant job boards.
Ideal candidate will have a sales background or a stable history within recruitment. Medical Recruitment ideal but not essential
£22,000 to £25,000 with an OTE of up to £32k. 22 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays. Commission from Day 1
