We are looking to hire a sales and customer service orientated individual into our temporaries' team at Brook Street Birmingham. You will work alongside a highly experience and talented recruiter delivering temporary commercial recruitment solutions to new and existing clients in the Birmingham area.

" Develop a portfolio of available temporary candidates through advertising and interviewing
" Researching the local market and connecting with hiring managers
" Selling candidates in your portfolio to hiring managers
" Managing and controlling the recruitment process including temporary payroll
" Develop and maintain your social media presence demonstrating your recruitment capability
" Attending client visits to pitch for new business as well as attending service review visits
" Working to and smashing both activity and financial targets on a weekly and monthly basis
