Brook Street (UK) Ltd has over 70 years' experience in the recruitment industry and we are continuing to expand in Northern Ireland. Our Belfast branch is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Belfast to work exclusively on one of our local public sector contracts.
We're seeking someone to join our team who wants to commence or develop their career within the recruitment industry. Compliance, speed, the ability to multi-task, excellent IT-literacy, customer-focus, and client-focus are essential to be a Recruitment Consultant within our Public Sector team, and those are the qualities we're seeking in our new colleague.
Duties in this role will include ensuring compliance is 100% in accordance with our local contract and our clients' wishes, managing Brook Street`s Temporary Employees, inputting payroll information, liaising with our clients` Managers, creating and posting vacancy advertisements online, sifting CVs, interviewing and registering candidates, referencing our candidates, helping candidates to complete their Security clearance applications, and providing all candidates with pre-interview advice.
The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive basic salary, potential to secure On-Target Earnings on a monthly basis, pension, paid holidays, bespoke training, coaching from experienced Consultants, and a city centre location in Belfast. As our public sector clients are based throughout Northern Ireland, all candidates must possess a full driving licence.
