You could be working with one of the UKs most accredited Healthcare Recruitment Agencies. For almost 20 Years my client has continued to provide a range of specialist services to Private Healthcare institutions, Healthcare Professionals and The NHS. Due to their success in this specialised sector, they are expanding their Healthcare Recruitment team.
Using Sales, Business Development, Marketing Techniques and Networking, you will be responsible for attracting business from client companies. Develop a great understanding of client requirements, what they do, work culture and environment, so that you can place the best candidates for each position.
You will be encouraged to use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers. Headhunt, identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client's shift requirements. Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and duties of the assignment in question. Prepare placement checklists and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of assigned candidates.
A proven track record of your brilliance is essential, along with a strong Sales, Business Development background within the Healthcare/care industry, OR Healthcare Recruitment. You will need to be flexible and available to be on call out of hours when required.
