Brook Street (UK) Ltd's Career Ladder enables our Recruitment Consultants to determine their salaries because the more you develop your desk and the revenue it generates, the higher your basic salary can be.
Salaries for our Recruitment Consultants on our Career Ladder range from £20,000 to £40,000 and you will be given all the coaching, mentoring, support, and training you need to help you to develop your desk which will enable you to move up the Career Ladder and increase your salary on each rung.
At present, we're seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work on our Industrial desk in Northern Ireland. Based in our Belfast branch, the successful candidate will benefit from:

Duties in this role include managing Brook Street`s Temporary Employees, inputting payroll information, liaising with our clients` Managers and HR staff, writing job descriptions, creating and posting vacancy advertisements online, sifting CVs, interviewing and registering candidates, referencing our candidates, visiting clients, conducting sales calls, completing market research tasks, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and providing all candidates with pre-interview advice before they attend interviews with our clients.
To be a successful Recruitment Consultant at Brook Street (UK) Ltd, you will thrive in a busy role, be motivated by tight deadlines, get great satisfaction from meeting our clients` needs, and be able to use your IT literacy in areas such as Office 365, CRM systems, and online job platforms to maximise your efficiency and revenue-generation. Recruitment Consultants must have a flair for face-to-face sales with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on interpersonal skills, they must be able to multi-task, and must be prepared to go that extra mile for every candidate and every client.
Although not essential it would be highly desirable for candidates to possess experience in the recruitment industry. As our clients are based throughout Northern Ireland, all candidates must possess a full driving licence. Candidates for this role must be sales-driven and must be highly-IT literate and have working experience of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
