Job Title - Recruitment Consultant

Salary - Negotiable and dependant on experience

Full time - Permanent position

Location - Bradford Central

The job we have on offer:

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment consultant to manage the Temporary recruitment desk here at the Bradford office. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for identifying new commercial or industrial business within the Bradford and surrounding areas. Other responsibilities will include sourcing talent, writing adverts & managing the temporary employees during their workplace. All other responsibilities will be discussed in detail over the telephone. (Please apply if you wish to hear more)

Experience we would like to see from you:

• Previous sales experience - minimum of 2 years
• Previous experience selling via telephone or face to face
• Ideally a driving licence and use of own car (or if you are currently doing lessons and test is insight)
• Confident & enthusiastic individual
• Strong communicator, via telephone and face to face
• Recruitment experience is desirable but is not essential.
• Hard working & Trustworthy
• Team Player
