We are looking for a confident, proactive and professional individual with loads of creativity and business acumen to join our team at Brook Street! We are a friendly team located in newly refurbished open-planned offices in Southampton town centre.

A little about us; we are one of the longest tenured recruitment agencies in the UK and have been working with local businesses for over 75 years! Our job is to develop great relationships with businesses in the area and providing best in class recruitment solutions and services by understanding our clients objectives. Your typical day will involve speaking and meeting local businesses; building relationships and gaining understanding of their business requirements, as well as sourcing quality candidates, writing engaging job adverts and providing intelligent, data led advice to candidates and clients.

Candidates are central to everything we do and your job will be to match the right person to the right job. We have a lot of methods and support to help you do this, and we love people who think outside the box and find new ways of attracting candidates as well.
You will have your own accounts to work with, and have autonomy over your desk. It`s great to have that freedom, and don`t forget there`s money to be earned so the more you get out there and introduce yourself to new clients the more jobs you will pick up, and the more bonus you will earn!

While any recruitment/sales experience would be a bonus, more important is your attitude and willingness to work. If you are self motivated, a great communicator and are eager to push yourself then you would fit in here well.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible and be able to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm.

In return for your hard work we offer a competitive basic starting salary of £19,000 - £21,000. In addition you will receive 22 days holiday and Bank holidays off, plus other great benefits.
