Your role will involve developing; managing and winning accounts for Brook Street whilst helping applicants find the right role for them.
This is a real 360 role and you will get involved in every aspect of the recruitment process; from taking jobs from local employers and offering advice, to sourcing, interviewing and coaching job seekers through the process - No two days will ever be the same.
You will be responsible for developing a sales and marketing strategy that suits your needs and experience. However you will not be alone and will have the ongoing support of your manager and will be able to call upon various subject matter experts within the business, including dedicated marketing and Sales teams.
You don`t need previous experience to join our team as a Consultant because we offer full induction training, as well as regular refresher sessions and instantly accessible library of training videos. However we are looking for key skills and attributes.
