BS Social Care (part of Brook Street) specialise in recruiting for social care staff nationally and have branches across the UK who provide a local approach to recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for new business development, identifying and selecting top talent and generating gross profit for the company through placement of candidates into temporary and permanent positions.

Ideally you will have a back ground in sales, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we would love to hear from you. You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a desire to succeed.

The working hours are 0845-1730 monday to friday.
