Social Care Recruitment Consultant - Leicester City Centre

We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven individual, that comes from a business development or sales background. Social Care experience is desirable but not essential.

The person needs to be Customer focused and passionate about delivering an excellent service to our clients and candidates.

As a Social Care consultant you shall be driving the business forward by the following:

* B2B sales calls
* Business Development
* Client and candidate meetings
* Working to targets and KPI`s
* Recruiting and Resourcing
* Arranging Interviews and preparing candidates for Interview
* Building relationships with Clients and Candidates

The person we are looking for needs to be:
* Highly motivated by targets
* Sales driven
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Team Player

This position is based in Leicester City centre

Monday- Friday 09.00-17.30 (NO weekends)

£18-20,000per annum
