BS Social Care in Northampton are RECRUITING NOW - we are looking for an exceptional person to join this high performing team!

BS Social Care (part of Brook Street) specialise in recruiting for social care staff for companies. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for new business development, identifying and selecting top talent and generating GP for the company through placement of candidates into temporary and permanent positions. Your role will be to work with your colleagues in the development of our temporary workforce.

Ideally you will have a back ground in sales, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you. You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a desire to succeed.
