We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our Cardiff city centre office as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see the successful candidate working within a growing team of consultants specialising in Business Support and Business Operations roles.

Brook Street specialise in Office Administration, Secretarial, Finance, Marketing,Human Resources and Legal roles on a temporary and permanent basis. As a consultant, your role will be diverse and no two days are likely to be the same.

A successful consultant will research their local market, network and connect with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Procurement contacts. The objective is to understand their varying recruitment needs through effective questioning and fact-finding, both via the telephone and in person. Once our consultants understand the Hiring Managers requirements, it's their responsibility to find a selection of the best candidates in the market to present to your client. In order to be successful, a pipeline of potential candidates needs to be sourced. Therefore, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.

We're not looking for anybody with recruitment experience and successful consultants currently working for us have come from Hospitality, Retail, Customer Service and Sales backgrounds. The successful candidate will be given ongoing training and market leading support as we nurture and grow talent strategically, we just need ambition!
