BS Social Care (part of Brook Street) specialise in recruiting for social care staff for clients across the West Midlands. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for new business development, identifying and selecting top talent and generating GP for the company through placement of candidates into temporary and permanent positions.

Ideally you will have a back ground in recruitment or sales, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you. You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a desire to succeed.
