You will be responsible for converting new companies to work with you, you will then find them the suitable candidates who have the right qualifications and experience to work within that sector.
Have you got sales experience or have you worked in customer services? Do you want that next step into client relationships, this could be for you. You will need to be determined, not distracted and have the ability to persuade people to use your recruitment services.
This is 100% a sales role, you will be starting with a cold desk, so if you have flair, determination and a "go get them" attitude it could be right up your street. We are looking for talented people who ooze positive behaviour and confidence.
In addition to this you must also be resilient, tenacious, an excellent team player and always dedicated to seeing your work through to successful completion.
Good communication skills, driven and a proven record is going above and beyond the minimum expectations.
£18,000 - £20,000 depending upon experience with an OTE of £35,000 once you have hit minimum revenue thresholds.
