I am looking for a Recruitment Consultant (Perms) to join my team of 5, based within our Woking Hub. As the latest addition to our team, you will get the fantastic opportunity to learn from the best, working alongside proven top performers within the business.

You will play an integral role as part of our fun yet hardworking team, responsible for building & developing client relationships and sourcing a high calibre of talent, that will enable Brook Street to remain an agency of choice.

As a recruiter you will need to have a flair for sales with excellent communication skills - via phone, email and in person - as you will be dealing with clients within a variety of levels of seniority and candidates of all abilities. You will be required to make a high volume of sales calls to local businesses, providing a high standard of service, developing new and existing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
