We are currently looking for a graduate to work in the team in Central Bristol. You will need to have an outgoing personality with a resilient nature and the ability to sell and bring new business into the branch.
You will be motivated by earning a good salary but also be customer focused, passionate in providing excellent client and candidate journeys in line with the Brook Street ethos.

You will also need to be a driver, as part of the job will be to visit with clients and reviewing the service we are providing.

We will train you how to recruit staff and find them permanent work, enabling you to build relationships with clients throughout the South West. Ideally you will have some kind of sales experience or have come from a customer facing back ground and enjoy the challenge of asking for business.

Your success will be rewarded with our uncapped bonus scheme and you can expect to earn at least £25,000 minimum in your first year.
