You will be building up relationships with candidates and clients and will need to be able to grow both existing and new business. Our clients are spread through-out the North East so you will need a full clean driving licence which will allow you to visit them on a regular basis.

As a 360 recruiter it will be your responsibility to bring in new jobs so an interest in business development is essential as is the ability to engage with a variety of new candidates, offering them a unique recruitment experience.

Your success will be measured monthly and the bonus you can earn is uncapped; our top consultants are earning over £40k per year but earnings of £30k are easily achievable.

To support you there will be an industry leading training package, a top performing team and a Manager and Area Manager with over 25 years combined experience who will provide you with on-going coaching.

Recruitment experience is not essential, many of our successful consultants have been graduates or have come from other customer led industries. What you will need though is the desire to succeed in a competitive market, an innovative approach and the tenacity to keep going until you achieve your goal.
