Job Description

Graduate Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter / Talent Resourcer

£20k - £24k per annum (+ up to 30% commission, no threshold)

Brook Street are happy to be working in conjunction with a leading Recruitment Group with 3 distinct and well-respected brands. Our client provide Recruitment services to various sectors including the Architectural & Construction, Aviation, Marine, and Energy, Oil & Gas sectors.

They are an excellent company to work for based on in lovely offices in a great location in Southampton. Currently they are so busy they are turning business away so are now looking for Recruitment Consultants at Graduate or experienced level to join their team to help them deliver on their live vacancies and going forward to drive new business and sales and further build their client base and accounts.

You will be offered flexible hours, Monday to Friday and the ability to work from home when needed.

They are looking for a tenacious and determined individual who may be looking for the opportunity to move into the exciting world of recruitment or experienced recruiters looking for an opportunity to further progress their careers. You will be confident and willing to get on the phones to contact candidates, pre-screening them and discussing the vacancies before prepping them for submission to your clients.

Main Duties will include:

  • Resourcing candidates for live vacancies
  • CV Formatting
  • External Advertising
  • Updating and maintaining internal database
  • Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Telephone interviews and screening candidates

The successful applicant will be hardworking, motivated and able to work well both as part of a team and on their own. The role is very fast paced, and no two days are the same, therefore the ability to react quickly and think on your feet is a must. You will be flexible and willing to put in the effort to ensure each role is filled by the deadline. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the recruitment industry. Previous experience not essential as full training will be given.
