Recruitment Coordinator
Winnersh, Reading
Temporary

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator. This is a temporary role based in Reading and will run for 6 months initially with a review for permanent placement thereafter.

Salary & Hours: £10 - 12 p/hr based on experience, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.

Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be working on the Recruitment team to provide administration support and assistance in supporting third party supplier management for placement of agency contractors and their joint ventures.

The Recruitment Coordinator will be working on a team of approximately 15 people liaising with the larger global network. Great communication over the phone and in person is essential as a Recruitment Coordinator as you will be responsible for ensuring that agencies, candidates and clients receive a positive experience in line with the company brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities
" As a Recruitment Coordinator you will assist Account Managers in supplier management throughout the process from vending roles, submitting CVs, managing feedback and onboarding agency workers.
" Liaise with key client and agency stakeholders in setting up interviews.
" Re-formatting of CVs to represent company branding.
" Collating and checking candidate packs before submitting to client for vetting.
" Verifying contractor ID documents in line with company screening and vetting policies.
" Adhere to the Service's processes, policies and procedures.
" To ensure all resourcing activities from requirements to placement are actioned on the appropriate system.
" Processing contingent worker extensions and terminations on company systems.
" Working closely with the Recruiters, Account Managers and Service Delivery Manager to ensure that the recruitment administration needs are met and recruitment service is delivered to the agreed SLA's and KPIs.
" Ensuring that when interacting with agencies, candidates and the client they receive a positive experience in line with the company brand and culture.
" Build and maintain strong relationships with key client and agency stakeholders, providing a quality, client focused service.
" Ensure that 3rd party suppliers comply with the requirements of company's Service Level Agreement.
" Handle any issues relating to the service as requested by the Account Manager or Service Delivery Manager as appropriate.
" Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and provide Management Information as requested.

Candidate Requirements
" Strong Administration skills
" Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
" Excellent attention to detail
" Direct resourcing or recruitment experience is not necessary, but candidate must have an understanding of recruitment processes and environment.
" Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, manage own workload and prioritise.
" Ideally SC Eligible (potential need to put through clearance at a later date)
