As the Recruitment Lead, working for this reputable and rapidly expanding company, you will be liaising and supporting Head of Departments and working with local agencies to plan, strategize and cover Temporary and Permanent recruitment needs. As a seasoned Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional you will translate the company employer value proposition (EVPs) and build the online profile on social media including Glassdoor, Indeed and other platforms. As well as positioning the company as an employer of choice, you will use your experience not only to raise contracts, process credit and pre-employment checks but also find ways to optimise the on-boarding and new starter experience.
