Job Description
Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.
Our justice system defends our fundamental rights and freedoms. It is a cornerstone of our modern society and it must serve all those who call on it, when they call on it. From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.
***We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to work with one of our public sector clients***
This a 12 month temporary position (with a possibility of extension) but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.
37 hours per week between 9.00am - 5.00pm (can be flexible) Mon - Fri
Remote working with a possibility to attend nearest office occasionally
Pay rate £17.85
Experience required;
" Have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with colleagues at all levels in the group and build established relationships
" Be effective at prioritising their own work and that of the team
" Have strong planning, organisational and people skills, including delivering communication and working to tight deadlines
" Have excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to proactively manage workloads, undertake independent decisions and have an eye for detail.
" Be able to confidently handle data with good IT skills, and solid knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
" Be able to work independently, but as part of a high performing team; demonstrating an instinct and desire to help others
" Be highly organised, with a 'can do' attitude, and be willing to take on new challenges as they arise
" Be able to build and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships, including managing expectations and conflicting priorities
