Recruitment Manager
12 month maternity cover contract.
Managing 1 x TL and 10 x recruiters. No sales but you will need to manage client relationships and do end to end recruitment for clients.
Need to be proficient in excel - manage team workloads, stakeholder relationships like Account managers of key accounts, branches and directors where needed.
Able to forecast and deliver.
Great opportunity looking for someone strong with previous recruitment TL / Mgmt experience.
