We are recruiting now for a Recruitment Marketing Manager on either an initial 6-month FTC or Permanent position to join our vibrant, fast-paced in-house agency, managing campaign strategy for new and existing enterprise clients. You'll join us at a period of exciting growth as we deliver a first-class strategy to attract the best talent in the market and will be focused on well-known, UK based clients in the Manufacturing, Driving & Logistics and Contact Centre sectors . Reporting into the Head of Talent Attraction, you'll be joining a team that prides itself on a culture where success is celebrated, support is provided to maximise your potential and diversity is championed.
What the role involves:
o Develop strategy, manage activation and report on candidate attraction campaigns for volume and experienced hires, perm and temp
o Senior stakeholder management (up to board level), both internally and externally with clients
o Act as the employer brand guardian for all comms, digital assets and marketing collateral
o Budget management including spend, reporting and delivering ROI
o Advise and lead on campaigns that leverage the client's diversity, equality and strategy for the business areas under your remit
o Project management of employer brand and candidate attraction campaigns
Who we're looking for:
o An all rounded employer brand and recruitment marketing specialist
o Proven experience of budget management, commercial awareness and project management
o Senior stakeholder management, proven experience with internal and client stakeholders
o Technical expertise, understanding the media landscape and comfortable with data
o A creative individual who is self-motivated and strives for excellence
