Brook Street are recruiting for a Recruitment Officer to work for a government client based in Corsham.
You will be responsible for the internal recruitment and delivery to improve brand, attraction, selection, offer management and on-boarding.
You will also be responsible for the recruitment portal and provide end to end recruitment support for roles including graduate and apprentice.
You will be supporting the recruitment administration which includes, sifting through interview packs, inputting interview results and amending position data on the system.
You will also be providing guidance and support to Line Managers and completing necessary forms to aid the approval for approvals.
Skills and experience required:
-Good Microsoft Office skills
-Familiarity with sifting and interview processes.
-Good team player.
-Good organisational skills.
-Experience within Administration and Recruitment.
This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £10.59 per hour.
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31/03/2021, with a possibility of an extension.
