This well-established company in the Hemel Hempstead area are looking to add a new member of staff to their growing team!
This employer is a Hemel based company residing in brand new offices.
They are looking for a dynamic, pro-active Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running and support the Recruitment Team in delivering an efficient and effective recruitment service.
The job will be an all-encompassing recruitment role and some of your daily duties will include:
* Complete and manage the recruitment administration process on a day to day basis
* Respond to all calls and requests professionally and proactively
* Accurately log details of applications, ensuring that the database is kept current and up-to-date.
* Chase any missing information from applicants at all levels including application forms that have not been returned.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of recruitment procedures and processes.
* Respond to all calls with the highest level of customer service ensuring service excellence
* Delivering a consistently high standard of business and administrative support to the team
* Audit the forms and ensure they are completed correctly
* Check permits and ensure candidate is eligible to work in the UK
* Deal with customer complaints ensuring a positive outcome
The ideal candidate will be a car driver, have a positive attitude and be able to commute to the Hemel Industrial Estate every day.
You will have a background of working in a customer and Admin orientated environment.
This is an on-going Temp role, with a view to going permanent.
The salary range will depend on the successful candidate but will be between £11.00ph - £12.00ph.
