Job Description

Our client - a pension provider based in Canary Wharf - is recruiting for an experienced in-house recruiter who can lead a recruitment project whilst the client is outsourcing for a 3rd party service provider

They are looking for someone who can think strategically about they go about this recruitment project - for example:
How they resource for niche senior level roles - such as IT and finance professionals
Do they do Psychometric testing
What diverse channels do they use


You will then be responsible for leading the recruitment project and implementing the plans

You will eventually have 2 other in-house recruitment professionals to assist you but you will also be involved with day to day recruitment too

There will be a lot of internal stakeholder engagement

The ideal candidate will have worked on a similar role and have proven experience in running a project like this

Although this is initially a 6 month project it is likely it will be extended.

They are looking for someone with a very short or no notice period
