We're a leading Salon Academy and we're looking for a super Recruitment Resourcer/Co-ordinator to join our awesome team helping to find our new stylists and apprentices.

As our Recruitment Resourcer it will be your role to help find and recruit across a number of positions using various techniques. You will be searching job boards for both experienced and entry level stylists looking for their next step as well as attending careers days at colleges and events to generate interest in what we offer our awesome teams.
It doesn't stop there! You will be involved with initial contact pre-screening and helping to arrange interviews for the best candidates out there.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30pm and you really will be joining a great team.
Our perfect candidate will be someone who wants to get involved and carries a bit of passion for what we do. Previous experience or exposure in the world of recruitment would be great.
We do want you to be amazing on the phone when talking to candidates but it's not a sales position we just want a happy smiley attitude!
