One of our clients has advised us of their volume recruitment requirements this year and so we have elected to invest in our team by adding an additional member to the team to ensure our client's needs are met.

The Resourcer will join an existing, established team whose members will help our new colleague to achieve and deliver in their new role.

The Resourcer will quickly develop an in-depth understanding of our client`s organisation and vacancies, identify potential candidates, proactively contact those candidates, and speak to them about the vacancies before determining whether or not they would be suitable candidates for interview. The Resourcer will then arrange for the candidate to meet with one of our Recruitment Consultants.

As a Resourcer at Brook Street (UK) Ltd, you will have a fantastic work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong IT-literacy, and experience of CRM systems, MS Outlook and MS Excel.

Initially, this will be a three-month role but, if successful, the Resourcer could work on this project for one year.
