Brook Street (UK) Limited is working on behalf of our call centre client in Belfast to recruit an internal recruitment resourcer to join their busy recruitment team.
The role will be initially for a fixed term period of 6 months but there is a possibility of an extension.
Applicants for this role would need very strong communication skills - written and verbal.
You must also be able to work as part of a team
* Job Board advertising
* CV Database searches
* Social media advertising and sourcing
* Managing the refer a friend applications
* Dealing with job Centre, training organisations, colleges and universities
* Dealing with recruitment agencies
* Matching suitable candidates for live roles.
* Gain a full understanding of the job requirements to enable you to actively promote the different opportunities to your candidates.
* Organise your day to ensure you respond to all job applications; deal with any telephone and email enquiries.
* Work as a team to meet the requirements of the business.
* Ideally you will have some experience of dealing with high volume recruitment
* You should also have some experience of working in a sales, customer service role, or telephone-based role.
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Excellent communicator, rapport and relationship builder
* Highly organised and has strong time management skills
The salary for this position will start on £18,000 - Usual hours are 10-6 although we do require flexibility to cover late nights and Saturdays sometimes
