We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our award-winning Bradford UK Branch.

At Brook Street we pride ourselves on the service we provide to both clients and candidates. As the Resourcer you'll be tasked with all thing's candidate driven. Providing a friendly, efficient service to job seekers, supporting the consultants with candidate administration and most importantly, helping your candidates secure their new dream job!
A day in the life of this role will include:
- Matching candidates to roles, using your existing candidate pool, screening through CVs from job adverts, using Boolean searches and Linkedin
- Telephoning candidates and booking them in for registrations, managing a busy diary for your consultants
- Entering candidate information into the system, keeping things compliant and up to date
- Making regular calls to your candidate pool to check availability and if they are interviewing elsewhere
- Taking job descriptions from consultants and writing job adverts
- General administrative duties
We are looking for an organised and efficient candidate!
You'll need to be able to manage and priorities your own workload and enjoy working under pressure.
Experience within Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
You'll also need an excellent telephone manner and a confident attitude.
Experience within a similar recruitment administration or resourcing role is highly desired, however there will be training provided.
