I have an excellent opportunity for a Resourcer/Researcher to join a well-established and growing recruitment business, based in St Albans. You will be supporting the recruitment team and if you have any recruitment experience that would be an advantage but not essential. However, you should have good spoken English and be able to talk on the phone confidently and in a polite and professional manner.

Salary is 18k plus healthy commission, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for their first career break or following a little experience elsewhere. You will also be given excellent training to give you the confidence to do the job well and develop your skills.
This is a fast-paced working environment so you will need to be well organised and able to communicate well as part of a team. There is also free onsite parking and easy commute to St Albans station from the business premises.
