As a Resourcer working in Brook Street (UK) Ltd's Belfast branch, you will work closely with one of the most successful Recruitment Consultants within our business to find great candidates for the permanent vacancies we're working on for our clients.

You will find the candidates, engage with them via email and telephone, register them with Brook Street, and supply them to the Recruitment Consultant so that the candidates' CVs can be formally submitted to our clients.

The Resourcer will be given formal training but will also benefit greatly from working with an experienced and highly successful Recruitment Consultant. Other benefits will include:

This is a busy role which will require the Resourcer to be continually multi-tasking, to utilise their IT and social media skills to quickly attract candidates and sift applications, and to use their fantastic oral and written communication skills to engage with candidates to determine whether or not they're the correct fit for the roles they applied for and, if so, to ensure they register with Brook Street (UK) Ltd.
