Recruitment Resourcer - Covent Garden - Flagship branch - Up to £24,000+incentives, bonus and commission!

We are currently seeking a dedicated, organised and highly efficient candidate to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer working to support seven 360 recruitment consultants.

Based in our flagship office in Covent Garden, this is a really exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and fun team of dedicated individuals. We've got big goals for 2019 and if you are looking for a role that will offer challenge, progression and development then read on...

You will start out by supporting the team with sourcing suitable candidates for a wide variety of permanent jobs across Central London. One day you'll be looking for Administrators, the next day Field Service Engineers as each consultant specialises in different sectors. This is a targeted role so you must be prepared to work under pressure and to strict deadlines!

Once you've become a pro at sourcing candidates across various platforms (our internal database, LinkedIn, Sourcebreaker, CV Library, Total Jobs, social media etc...) we will then look at your progression path within the company and the potential of being promoted into a fully fledged Recruitment Consultant.

To be considered for this role, you will posess the following qualities:
- A Graduate or equivalent
- Extremely goal driven and able to discuss your goals in depth
- Highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
- Able to work well under high pressure and to strict deadlines
- Display high levels of customer service
- Proven ability to work to targets
