Due to an exciting period of growth and progression, I am working with a nationally recognised care provider to recruit a new Business Referral and Assessment Manager.
My client is a leading provider of care and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities and has a range of settings including residential, supported living, day and nursing services.
This is a multi-site role which will require you to split your time between the local office, on service and out in the community, managing the referrals and assessment process.
You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including operational and locality managers, as well as local commissioners to manage enquiries, referrals and matching to appropriate services. You will inspire and support your teams to deliver on growth targets through the excellent relationships you have in place with commissioners, whilst supporting with setting up and opening new services, and ensuring occupancy is maximised through new and existing referral streams.
As you will be covering a large area of the UK (MIDLANDS AND WORCESTERSHIRE), you will need to be flexible to travel and spend time on service.
You will be joining an established team who are committed to meeting targets and sharing successes. Most importantly, they have the needs of the people they support as their key focus and the successful candidate will mirror this.
You will be flexible, passionate, motivated and a team player. Excellent communication skills are essential and you will be able to develop positive relationships across the board.
Applications will be considered from:
* Candidates who can demonstrate a proven background within management of healthcare services and success with maximising referrals, maintaining occupancy and opening new settings
* Established referral and assessment professional within the healthcare sector who are seeking their next challenge
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel is an essential requirement of this role.
In return, you will receive a competitive annual salary of £35000 per annum, increasing on completion of your probation period, a generous car allowance or company car, plus access to healthcare and other benefits.
