Job Description

In partnership with an established and well respected provider of community and supported living support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex behaviours, to recruit for their new REGIONAL AREA MANAGER.

You will work closely with a highly experienced senior management team and split your time effectively across your West Midlands based services, the company head office and multi-disciplinary team meetings.

Employed on a full-time basis, you will be responsible for overseeing community and supported living support within Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for all elements of senior management, including staff management, quality and compliance, referrals and assessments, business development and ensuring all care delivered is of a high quality and promotes choice, independence and dignity.

You will understand and deliver good quality care in line with CQC requirements and have the drive and motivation to achieve an outstanding rating for your services.

A driven, professional, person-centred individual, you will demonstrate excellent sector knowledge, be willing to go the extra mile for the people you support and never lose sight of the fact, that your purpose is to enable the people you support to live as full a life as possible.

To be successfully considered for this role, you MUST:

* Demonstrate a management background across supported living and/or community care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and complex needs

* Hold a relevant care management qualification

* Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Demonstrate excellent CQC knowledge and success, with Good or outstanding CQC reports in your name

* Be flexible to share the on-call rota
