Job Description

Brook Street is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a Regional Facilities Manager

Applicants for this role must have previous experience of working for a Care Home

Duties


Covering 12 Care Homes
Responsible for ensuring home environments meet correct standards
Initiate proactive schedule of future works
Completing condition surveys on a yearly basis.
Monthly facilities report of each home ensuring previous action plans are met, arrange necessary support to achieve completion
Ensuring homes are kept up to date with any future planned works & projects
To be proactive and supportive to each home within group
Regularly liaise with ROD to support home
Interview, induction, and ongoing support for maintenance persons
Monitor maintenance and standards and up skill maintenance persons
First line of contact for maintenance persons reporting call outs, triage jobs
Accounts - overview of monthly accounts and hold meetings with ROD's and office team
Legionella - yearly reviews
Asbestos - yearly reviews
Manage gardeners, painters etc


Salary will depend on background - Circa 35k
Applicants must have relevant experience and have a valid driver's licence
