Job Description

Amazing opportunity to join a well-established company as a Regional Facilities Manager covering the Warwickshire area. Day to day you will be visiting each care home (11 sites in total) to ensure they are up to the correct standard. You will be responsible for the maintenance at each site and supporting/guiding maintenance staff on site.
You must have previous experience, from a care home environment is desirable but not essential.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Car and fuel card are provided as well as a laptop and phone
28 days annual leave including bank holidays
£30,000 - £35,000+ DOE

Main duties;
- Visiting care homes across Warwickshire to ensure the maintenance is up to standard
- Support the maintenance team
- Advise on maintenance matters
- Manage and produce reports on the environments for the homes
- Monitor staff
- First point of call for issues/repairs
- Arrange for repairs to be carried out
- Initiate a proactive schedule of future works

Person Specification;
- Previous experience is essential
- Driving license is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of buildings, regulations and repairs
- Organised
- Peoples person
- Team player
