Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a market leading business in a period of growth and continued success. Our client is looking for a confident, experienced and pro active HR professional to join their team, covering several sites and providing hands on generalist HR support to the business.

Providing a range of products and services to businesses across Europe on a consultancy basis, this organisation prides themselves on their customer focus, sustainable and environmentally friendly products and company ethics.

Working primarily in a standalone role but with a strong support network of other Regional HR Advisor`s and reporting directly in to the HR Director, you will be covering 4 key sites with regular weekly travel to each depending on business needs. Stopovers will be required on average between 1-2 nights per week and the sites you will cover are based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, Lincoln, Essex and Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities will be varied but will be focused around employee relations, succession and people planning, resourcing and recruitment and working closely with line managers to support their HR needs.

You will ideally have several years experience of working in a busy HR function and understand the challenges of working in an often stand alone role. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential as our client is happy to consider candidates with equivalent experience gained in a HR Advisor role. You will be up to date on employment law and legislation, be confident dealing with all manner of employee relations and the associated case work, have experience of recruitment and succession planning and be happy working in a regional role where regular travel is required.
