Do you want to work in a diverse and busy team within the Recruitment Industry? Our client is a nationally recognised British Care Recruitment brand that has grown substantially over the last few years. The Regional Manager will be covering the North West & Wales.
To be considered for this role, you must be an Area Manager or Regional Manager, with experience of managing multiple locations within the Care Industry. We're looking for somebody with knowledge of CQC regulations and with experience of Sales & Financial targets.
What you will be doing:
Managing teams of Recruitment Managers & Consultants
Ensuring Financial Targets are met
Designing & delivering sales plans
Closely monitoring local markets to ensure business growth
A can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn
Ability to multi-task
Highly organised with good prioritising skills
A degree is not necessary, but a polished speaking manner and excellent written communication are a must
Own transport - a car allowance is provided
