I am seeking a senior manager to oversee multiple services for adults with learning disabilities in the West Midlands and Staffordshire regions.
You will work within an established senior management team and be responsible for residential and supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex care needs and behaviours.
Your duties will be varied and will include all elements of operational management across multiple sites, recruitment and staff training, attending multi-disciplinary team meetings, business growth and development, and most importantly, ensuring the services you manage are offering high quality, person centred care and this is reflected in your CQC reports.
I am seeking applications from skilled and experienced area, regional or operations managers who are seeking their next opportunity and who can demonstrate proven multi-site management experience in similar role.
Applicants also need to hold a relevant care management qualification and a full UK driving licence. Flexibility is essential for this role due to the multi-site element and demonstrate excellent CQC knowledge, networking and business development success.
