BS Social Care are working in partnership with one of the country's leading social care provision specialists to find a regional manager who will be responsible for the residential care and independent living provision in the covering Tyneside and Teesside.
Overseeing the management of residential and independent living services in the adult LD sector, you will have knowledge and experience of working to CQC standards so as to provide the best service possible to the residents in a safe and secure environment. Overseeing the implementation of both CQC and company policies and procedures, you will ensure that the residential services are able to thrive. A level 5 is a requirement of applying for this position.
You will have experience of multi-agency working and be able to evidence working alongside local authorities and stakeholders. You will also be able to show experience of implementing change with a possible view to growing the organisation in the area.
You will have control over a large budget over a number of sites and will be able to show experience of managing service budgets within the care field. You will also be able to show evidence of showing leadership in past management positions, as well as carrying out supervisions and appraisals to develop your staff and colleagues.
Most importantly, in the management of the services and leadership you show, the residentials will be able to be a safe place to allow the residents and service users the opportunity to develop and achieve the goals which they want to.
You will have the significant support in managing the sites which comes from a large leader in the field. The package includes mileage and tech support package with a laptop and mobile phone. Training in working from home and working in pandemic times will be delivered. Continuous training and personal development are positively encouraged.
