Role: Regional Manager (South West Region)
Hours of work: Part Time up to 28 hours per week
Location: Home Based with within Wiltshire or South Gloucestershire with regular travel across this area and across Hampshire
FTE salary details: £37,355
I am recruiting for a Regional Manager to join a national charity that provides more than 120 different services and works with around 80 Local Authorities across England in order to help disabled children and young people.
You will be providing leadership to a variety of services including community and overnight short breaks, a large nursery with a specialist SEND hub (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and an SEND information, Advice and Support service.
You will ensure services meet and exceed all regulatory requirements (Ofsted and CQC)
Also part of your role is to become the CQC registered manager for Short Breaks service, supporting the National Operations Director with the implementation of business plans for the region.
Highly desirable is experience of working as a Registered Ofsted Manager either in a Residential or Early Years setting.
Education/Qualifications - Educated to Degree or NVQ level 5 is a minimum to be successful for the role. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Service. A qualification in management/business and/or finance, social work or nursing. Evidence of continuing professional development would be a kay.
