We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join one of the largest providers of childcare in the UK.
You will be working for a fantastic organisation that are a leading provider of innovative care and education services to children and young people who have complex needs - emotional, behavioural social, learning or physical needs. They operate across England and Wales with residential services and schools.
As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of residential services across Lancashire. You will be responsible for the provision of leadership, direction and management of a directing Service Managers to achieve the highest levels of performance to meet and exceed the Group's quality standards, resulting in unmatched levels of support provided to the young people within your care.
The ideal candidate will hold recent experience working as a Regional Manager within Children's services, hold a level 5 in leadership and management and a minimum, a level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) and a Full UK Driving Licence.
This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £55,000, a Generous Bonus Scheme, Car Allowance, 33 Days Annual Leave Entitlement (inc Bank Holidays), Pension Contribution, Company Sick Pay and Access to Benefits Package (Retail, Leisure, Entertainment Discounts, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Health & Eye Care)
