I am currently recruiting for a regional Manager to join a well established company who specialise in supporting vulnerable children.

As Regional Operations Manager, you will be a key player within the senior management team.

You will lead on regional, organisational and business targets, ensuring all specified KPIs are achieved and that all care delivered adheres to both company and OFSTED guidelines.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will demonstrate a consistent and proven background within management of residential care services for children and young people, hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management for children and young people's services or equivalent and be flexible to cover a designated area of services.
