My client an award winning Travel agent are now seeking an experienced Regional Sales Travel Manager to join them, with stores in Formby, Leyland, Preston & Southport. This travel agency offers various holiday types around the globe for travellers from luxury tailormade travel to cruises. Each day will not be the same, duties include:
Monitoring Branch Manager performance
Coaching, motivating, training and recruiting
Making sure store KPI's are hit
Business development
Delivering exceptional customer service
Offering input for expansion ideas
Essential Requirements

Branch Management within a travel agency or regional sales management experience
Driven, motivated and passionate about travel
Ability to drive consultants and motivate others
Peoples person with excellent communication skills
Sales driven

Experience:
Must have experience managing a high street travel agent - ideally 5 years+
Need to know how to really drive customers through the door
Experience of Networking
Expert in travel
