Job Description

Our client based in the Rumney area of Cardiff is looking for a Scheduler/Coordinator to prepare and co-ordinator engineering activities and site visits, ensuring visits are booked in advance with the customer and all relevant documentation is prepared.

This role is for a 1 year maternity contract

You will have constant interaction with customers therefore a strong customer focused background with the ability to build effective relationships is essential. You will be communicating details of planned visits to engineers and compiling weekly schedules based on geographical locations and co-ordinate plant and materials with suppliers.

Previous mobile engineer scheduling experience required for this role along with good IT skills, excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload.

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on Friday, onsite car parking.
