I am currently working with an excellent Charitable organisation service who are now recruiting for a Registered Area Team Manager

As the Registered Manager you have responsibility to hold registration for 5 services in the Cumbria Area, Travelling to different areas around Kendal.
The organisation purpose is to give vulnerable people the opportunity to gain independence and live and work back in the community we want Passion to support Vulnerable Adults and show excellent leadership skills.

What would be expected as the Registered manager is a strong leader, excellent understanding in Adult Health and social care setting being able to demonstrate you can deliver outcomes and driving customer goals and working well with the senior management team.


This is a full-time position of 35 hours per week with a wonderful salary ranging from
£31832- £33924 dependent on experience and qualification.
this is a flexible working pattern and not set rota in place as long as hours are managed and service is met accordingly home working or other sites available including head office to work from.
Minimum expectation is NVQ level 3
