Job Description

Home Care Branch Manager required to oversee a portfolio of clients across Telford and surrounding areas.

You will be an integral part of the management team for a well respected, housing and social care provider.

Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with the management team, drive forward good quality care and support and effectively manage and develop relationships with external agencies.

You will construct, lead and develop domiciliary care teams, manage a budget effectively and play a key role in developing strategic and business successes.

Due to the nature of the role, you will lead by example and from time to time, be required to deliver hands on support. You will also need to have flexibility to share the on call rota.

I am seeking a proactive, compassionate and driven manager, who demonstrates the drive and motivation to deliver and maintain excellent levels of care and support, whilst effectively managing and growing their service.

A formal care qualification, full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle and proven success with CQC are essential to be considered for this exciting Home Care Branch Manager role.
